Beaver Village Lodge was built in 1939. An historic landmark, the Lodge opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1940, the same year the Winter Park Ski Area was dedicated. We have been offering warm and comfortable accommodations ever since. 

Our Location in Winter Park Colorado:

Beaver Village Lodge is perfectly located 1.5 miles from the Winter Park Resort and a 5 minute walk from downtown. Our location is the closest downtown lodge in Winter Park.  The free resort shuttle bus passes our Lodge several times a day.

Lodging Types:

Beaver Village Lodge has 30 rooms in the Main Lodge, sleeping between 1 and 6 people depending on the room, and 12 rooms in our Lake Lodges just 75 yards away.  

These large Lake Lodge Dorm rooms can sleep up to 6 people on a maximum occupancy basis, each room having 2 double-beds and 2 twin-beds.

All rooms at Beaver Lodge have private bathroom, TV, and telephone.

Beaver Village Lodge has two ground floor lounges in the Main Lodge, one with a large fireplace, and the other with a T.V. Visit the James Peak Saloon on the ground floor for après-ski drink specials, pool, music and TV with regular showings of ski movies.

The Main Lodge has 2 hot tubs, sauna, laundry facilities and video games. Meeting space is offered to groups at no charge.

The Beaver Village Condominiums have a full kitchen,  dining room and living areas, fireplace, TV, phone, and outdoor decks and patios. Our one bedroom condos can sleep 4 people, 2 bedrooms sleep 6 people, 3 bedroom condos sleep up to 8 people and the 4 bedroom condos sleep up to 12 people. Our Winter Park condos are conveniently located across the road from the Beaver Village Lodge.

Location:

Beaver Village Condominiums are across from the Lodge in a secluded forest setting, just a couple of blocks from the main shopping & restaurant area. The Winter Park Resort is just 1.5 miles away on the Free Shuttle route. Downtown Winter Park is just a short walk with shopping and restaurant.

Unit Types:

These condominiums are our most popular location for Groups, offering 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units each with full kitchen, dining and living areas, fireplace, T.V., phone and outdoor deck/patio. Our 1bedroom condo can sleep 4 people, a 2 bedroom unit 6 people. A central clubhouse has an indoor pool, hot-tubs, sauna, meeting rooms, catering kitchen & laundry facilities.

These townhomes have 3 levels and have a private hot tub on the patio and private garage parking. All units have a washer and dryer.

Townhome Location:

For an upscale premium option we offer the Sawmill Station Townhome located in downtown Winter Park on the free resort shuttle route. These townhomes are across the street from Hideaway Park for free sledding in the winter and music festivals in the summer.

Townhome Unit Type:

The 3-bedroom units have an indoor garage, extra bedroom & ¾-bathroom on the lower level, living room, ½-bathroom, dining room and kitchen on the middle level, and 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the upper level.

The 4-bedroom townhome has a 2-car garage and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have full bath, the other 2 with showers.
