Lodging Options for Groups

LODGE ACCOMMODATIONS:

Beaver Village Lodge was built in 1939 and is architecturally unique in appearance. An historic landmark, the Lodge opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1940, the same year the Winter Park Ski Area was dedicated, & has been offering comfortable accommodations and hearty meals ever since.

LOCATION:

Beaver Village Lodge is perfectly located 1 ½ miles from the Ski Area, and a 5 minute walk from downtown. In fact we are the closest downtown accommoation in Winter Park to the Ski Area. All the free resort shuttle busses that service downtown come past our Lodge on their way up to the mountain. Coming back, we are on a specific route, which drops guests off on their doorstep.

UNIT TYPES:

Beaver Lodge has 32 rooms in the Main Lodge, sleeping between 1 & 6 people depending on the room, and 22 rooms in our Lake Lodges just 75 yards away.

These large Lake Lodge Dorm rooms can sleep up to 6 people on a maximum occupancy basis, each room having 2 double-beds and 2 twin-beds.

All rooms at Beaver Lodge have private bathroom, TV, and telephone. There are no common shared facilities.

Beaver Village Lodge has two ground floor lounges in the Main Lodge, one with a large fireplace, and the other with a T.V. Visit the James Peak Saloon on the ground floor for après-ski drink specials, pool, music & TV with regular showings of ski movies.
The Main Lodge has 2 hot-tubs, sauna, laundry facilities and video games. Meeting space, subject to availability, is offered to groups at no charge at the Lodge.
Beaver Lodge is famous for its all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast & evening meals, served in the large dining room and which are included in the rates for Lodge guests.

CONDOMINIUM ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Beaver Village Condominiums are accommodated with full kitchen, dining, and living areas, fireplace, TV, phone, and outdoor decks and patios. Our one bedroom condos can sleep four people, two bedrooms sleep 6 people, and 3 bedroom condos sleep up to 8 people. Our Winter Park condos are conveniently located across the road from the Beaver Village Lodge.

LOCATION:

Beaver Village Condominiums are across from the Lodge in a secluded forest setting, just a couple of blocks from the main shopping & restaurant area. The Ski Area is just 1½ miles away on the Free Shuttle route. Downtown Winter Park is right in your back yard with direct access to the main shopping and restaurant area, Ski Area, and Free Shuttle Route.

These condominiums are our most popular location for Groups, offering one, two, three and four bedroom units each with full kitchen, dining and living areas, fireplace, T.V., phone and outdoor deck/patio. A 1-bedroom Condo can sleep 4 people, a 2-bedroom unit 6 people, etc. A central clubhouse accommodates an indoor pool, hot-tubs, sauna, & laundry facilities.

TOWN HOME ACCOMMODATIONS:

For an upscale premium option we offer the Sawmill Station Town Homes located right in the heart of Winter Park! These are tri-level town homes with each unit having its own private hot tub on the patio and private garage parking. All units have washer & dryer PLUS a deluxe outdoor hot-tub for added luxury. If you are looking for top-quality accommodations for your stay at a central location, this would be a perfect choice.

LOCATION:

Constructed in 2000, these deluxe town homes are in the heart of downtown Winter Park, only 2 miles from the Ski Area on the free resort shuttle route. This is a small complex and is across the street from Hide-Away Park that hosts many summer events and concerts and houses the skateboard park.

UNIT TYPES:

The 3-bedroom units have an indoor garage, extra bedroom & ¾-bathroom on the lower level, living room, ½-bathroom, dining room & kitchen on the middle level, and 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the upper level.

The 4-bedroom townhome has a 2-car garage and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have full bath, the other 2 with showers.
