Beaver Village is a full service resort management company formed in 1982.  Originally one of America's premier dude ranches, we have expanded with the times.  Today we offer just about every service a guest would require.

CLASSIC SKI LODGE

Includes meals- fresh breakfast buffet and homestyle dinner buffet (all you can eat).  The James Peak Saloon opens every afternoon at 4:30pm for the apres skiers.  Of course there are two large jacuzzis and sauna right around the corner to soothe those tired muscles.

Beaver Village sits on 220 acres sandwiched between US Hwy 40 and the Arapaho National Forest.  During the winter months we have sleigh rides, snowshoeing, plus snowmobiling (unguided rentals) to the Continental Divide.  If you are a skier or boarder, our full service ski shop which offers high performance rentals is right next to the lodge.

In the summer months,  easy access to ride the Winter Park Bike Trail.   We also offer fishing in the Fraser River behind the lodge (state fishing license required).

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Beaver Village is also a full service condominium rental company, offering luxury units at the base of the ski area, Beaver Village Condominiums, plus the very upscale Sawmill Station Townhomes. 

Beaver Village is the Fraser Valley's fastest growing property management company.  An overnight success (12 years in the making), homeowners appreciate our personal services plus financial accountability.  Beaver Village works hard to create structure that will enhance a homeowners association.  We focus on financial management.  We do not have 'inhouse' services such as electrical, plumbing or even snowplowing.  These have all become services better provided by specialists and licensed contractors.  It's high quality for a better price.  We do offer 24 hours emergency services to safeguard against unforeseen emergencies:
