Winter Park Groups

Beaver Village Condominiums is located in the town of Winter Park. We are minutes from shopping, dining, and nightlife. For those that prefer more active options, you will be happy to know that our property is surrounded by the Arapahoe National Forest, meaning trails are minutes from your door for hiking, biking, walking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.  There is a huge variety of activities for you and your group members to choose from.

We have been in the Winter Park Groups scene since 1983, and specialize in group retreats, reunions, weddings, ski club functions and meetings. Our meeting room is 1500 square feet big and best for groups up to 75 people. The carpeting is new as of Fall 2006, with new wood blinds over the floor to ceiling windows and a connecting catering kitchen. The kitchen is a unique amenity to our property as it allows groups to bring in their own food & beverage. However, if a group doesn't want to cook for themselves, we are well connected with several catering companies in town who will take care of any meals requested!

It’s easy to decide the best choice for you – convenience or cost. It will cost more to have an event catered – but it’s less stress and planning for you so that you can enjoy more time with your group! If you would like to save money and enjoy eating “pot luck” dinners then plan on bringing food with you. This too can be a way to bring your group together.

Our condos are clustered around a clubhouse, giving it a courtyard feel and a real sense of community that is great for group settings. This allows for easy access to our clubhouse where our meeting room, pool, hot tubs and sauna are located.  We have some condos that are closer to the clubhouse than others. If you would like your group to be close to the clubhouse, please make your request with our group sales manager.

Beaver Village Condominiums are exquisitely decorated with an old western mountain theme. Many of the bedrooms have views of the beautiful landscape including the continental divide right from your balcony. A wood fire place compliments the log cabin design while a cozy dining room and sitting area make the perfect spots to relax and unwind.

Located 1 ½ miles from the Winter Park Ski Area on the Free Shuttle Bus route in Winter Park, the slopes or any other activity you desire is only minutes away. Great for getting Winter Park Groups together to share a spacious four-bedroom condominium which will accommodate up to  fourteen guests to enjoy a winter or summer vacation in style. This is ideal for multiple families, large groups, and business meeting getaways.

The condominiums have a beautiful log cabin feeling layout complete with wood burning fireplace and bedroom privacy make this unit one to consider for your next vacation. Amenities include: Full kitchen, rock fireplace, Satellite TV, recreation facility with indoor pool, 4 hot-tubs, sun deck, & game room. Not to mention all the other entertainment Winter Park has to offer.
