General Information
Beaver Lodge first opened Thanksgiving Day 1939 and has been a Colorado Ski Country tradition ever since. Our 230 acres adjoin the Arapaho National Forest right next to the Continental Divide. We are located just 1½ miles from the Ski Area on the free shuttle route, and a 4 minute walk into downtown.

With the addition of over 60 Condominiums on our rental program, Beaver Village offers our guests a varied choice of accommodations and a full service restaurant/lounge.  Plus on-site snowmobiling to the divide, sleigh rides and a ski shop. 

Basic Philosophy
Our employees are the heart of Beaver Village. A friendly smile and superior service are our specialty. Employees are encouraged to mingle with the guests. However to achieve these customer service levels, we demand only those individuals who take pride in their work, conduct, appearance and standards.

Our prime objective is to service our guests. The needs of the guests come above all else. We are expected to go about servicing these needs professionally, with consideration, respect, and equally importantly, with a smile. The ability to work with, and get along with people, whether they are guests, employees, management or locals is what we are striving for.

Employment Opportunities
Opportunities exist across the full spectrum of our Management and Employment program. Some positions are full-time, year-round, although most are seasonal. Applications are currently being accepted for the positions listed here. While experience is an advantage, it is not essential.  During the ski season our company staffs the following positions: front desk/reservations, accounting, line cook, dining room servers, bartender, maintenance, housekeepers, contract cleaner, and night security.
