Policies for Winter Reservations (Mid-November to Mid-April)
DEPOSITS
A deposit equivalent to two nights lodging is due 14 days after making the reservation. Deposits can be taken by accepted credit card, check or money order. Our mailing address is PO Box 21, Winter Park, CO 80482.
FINAL PAYMENT
Balance of the total vacation cost is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Beaver Village reserves the right to charge credit cards on payment dates. Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to payment in full at the time of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 2 nights lodging. Should you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your lodging package is non-refundable.
WE GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION AND DO NOT OVERBOOK. CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR SPACE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF TIME IT IS RESERVED. IF YOUR ARRIVAL IS DELAYED OR IF YOU FIND IT NECESSARY TO LEAVE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DATE, WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE FULL RESERVATION.
LODGING PROTECTION
We can package in Cancellation Protection for your vacation protection needs. Please inquire about this packaging feature.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Occasionaly reservations must be relocated. We reserve the right to change units with like accommodations up to and including the day of arrival. Every effort will be made to honor your requests.
CHECKING-IN
Check-in time is 4:00pm at the Beaver Village Lodge front desk, 79303 US Hwy 40 in Winter Park, for all reservations. The front desk is open 7:30am-11:00pm. Should you arrive after business hours, please see our on call security officer for assistance.
CHECKING-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00am. Please return all keys to the front desk at the Beaver Village Lodge.
